Unable to tell the difference between fantasy and reality,

Ravishing what’s left of my dignity, I’m in a prison of self-defense.
My rational being against absurdity,
Lacking the courage to make a change.

My body feels like it’s drifting apart from me.
Unable to control, unable to sober up.
